The 2015/2016 competition calendar commenced at Franklin College with a KS2 Boccia competition.
10 teams representing Fairfield, Scartho, Western, Thrunscoe, and Healing competed with the aim of taking Oasis Nunsthorpe's title from the previous year.
Teams were split into 2 groups with the winners of Group A playing the runners up of Group B, and the winners of Group B playing the runners up in Group A.
After the conclusion of the group stage the first semi final was an all Thrunscoe affair, with Thrunscoe A (Group B runners up) playing against Thrunscoe B (Group A winners). After a tense semi final, it was Thrunscoe B who progressed to the face of the winners of the other semi final.
The second semi final was contested by Western (Group A runners up) and Healing (Group B winners). Healing progressed 3-1 to set up a final between Thrunscoe B and Healing.
The final was an exciting encounter. After the first end, Thrunscoe B had taken a 1-0 lead. Thrunscoe then extended this lead, winning the second end 2-0, taking a 3-0 lead into the final end. With tension running high it was Healing who took the intiative, striking back in the final end with some accurate throwing, only just falling short overal, clawing back 2 points.
