ü  The competition can consist of mixed KS3 & KS4.

ü  Teams should prepare a cheer dance (can include lifts) to last no more than 3 minutes

ü  If you wish to use props the cheerleaders must be able to take their own props on and off the stage.

ü  Music can either be on a CD or IPod..

ü  The area of the stage will be 6m long X 8m wide and be covered by gymnastic mats which are taped together.
