The annual North East Lincolnshire School Sport Partnership's Primary School Y5/6 X-Country competition took place on Wednesday 23rd March 2011 at Weelsby Woods in Grimsby alongside distinguished guests in the world of Athletics & volunteers from GIFHE, Cleethorpes & District Athletics Club & Humberston School.
16 schools took part in the competition resulting in over 350 children tackling the 1km course for Y5's & 2km for Y6's. Medals were awarded to individuals finishing 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each category with the North East Lincolnshire School Sport Partnership annual shields been awarded to the winner school teams. Congratulations to the following schools:
