On another stunning day at the Oasis Academy Wintringham Allerton, Strand Community, Coomb Briggs & Canon Peter Hall Primary Schools competed in the Y5 Tri-Golf Open. Children participated in 8 different stations to gain points for their schools. Each station challenged a different aspect of Golf & the scores came through with flying colours. The competition was also officated by Sports Leaders from the Oasis Academy Wintringham who had recieved training prior to the event.
It proved to be a very close competition with Allerton Primary School been declared the winners with an exceptional score & 2nd & 3rd been seperated by only a few points.

A group of Young Ambassadors from 6 secondary schools were lucky enough to visit the Olympic Park to watch talented young people compete in the UK School Games.
