NEL U16 Basketball CVL Final Competition
The North East Lincolnshire School Sport Partnership's U16's Basketball Central Venue League co-ordinated by Jason Munro Grimsby Gaytors continued at Hereford Technology School this week. This final week of fixtures saw the competition come to a climax in a Plate & Cup Competition.
On Tuesday evening Wintringham & Healing A fought it out to be crowned the Plate Winners with Healing A emerging victorius.
Thursday evening saw the finale to the U16 Basketball CVL with the Cup Competition. Healing A, Humberston, Matthew Humberstone & St Marys/James battled out for the U16 Basketball trophy. All matches were close encounters & went to the wire with St Mary's/James emerging successful with Humberston a close second followed by Matthew Humberstone 3rd & Healing A 4th.
