Thursday night Hockey was back with a bang with the U13 Boys Hockey Central Venue League which took place at Oasis Academy Wintringham throughout November.
The league was decided on goal difference, with Oasis Academy Wintringham A’s (7-0-1) strong defence helping them prevail over Humberston Academy (6-2-0) who finished in 2nd place. Both teams deserve huge credit for an excellent standard of hockey over the 3 weeks and a special mention to Humberston who finished the event unbeaten and inflicting Wintringham’s only defeat, 4-3 in week 2 in a thrilling encounter.
Ormiston Maritime Academy (5-2-1) finished in a notable 3rd position with Healing A (5-1-2) in 4th.
