The North East Lincolnshire School Sports Partnership's Y5/6 X-Country Championships took place yesterday at Weelsby Woods supported by Cleethorpes Athletics Club & the Grimsby Institute. It was a cold day for running but it was brightened up by the enthusiasm of all involved. The Sports Partnerships Young Ambassadors Tammy, Elva & Jess were also on hand to speak about the Olympic values & also to conduct the presentation ceremony.
14 schools from acorss North East Lincolnshire participated in the event each bring 20 pupils to fulfil the team criteria.
