Y5/6 5 a side Girls Football Competition – Oasis Academy Wintringham

 

I am writing to invite you to take part in the North East Lincolnshire School Sport Partnership Y5/6 Girls % a side Football Competition, hosted by the Oasis Academy Wintringham. This is an inter-schools competition that aims to:

 

ü  Increasing Participation

ü  Development of values and ethics of game

ü  Development of game/event understanding

ü  Initiation of a performance pathway

ü  Feeding school to Club Links

ü  Assess demand & interest in a bigger Summer event.

 

Date & Time:

 

The competition will be a one off competition as stated below:

 

ü  Y5/6 5 a side Girls Football Competition @ Oasis Academy Wintringham (DN32 0AZ) on Friday 3rd February 2012 from 12.30pm – 2.30pm.

ü  Schools to arrive from 12.00pm for a 12.30pm start.

ü  Players are too arrived changed & ready to play.

 

Competition Details:

 

ü  A team consists of a maximum of 8 players, with 5 on a pitch at any one time.

ü  The format of the competition will be decided once all entries have been collated.

ü  Schools who would like to enter several teams please do so but be aware if interest for the competition is high, schools may be restricted to one team.
