Key focus: An introduction to the activity of skipping

This course is aimed at Primary Teachers and Teaching Assistants who wish to become skilled in delivering skipping activities either in the curriculum or as an afterschool activity.

The course aims to introduce the candidate to the activity of skipping, looking at basic techniques and practices. This will enable them to deliver basic, yet high quality, skipping practices, routines and activities.

Requirements: Please note that this is a practical course and participants should wear appropriate clothing and be ready to get skipping!
