  • Introduction to the aims and structure of the Key Steps competition
  • Introduction to the Key Steps cards and the Body Management, Floor Exercise and Vault elements of Step 1 and Step 2 (those suitable for Y1/2 and Y3/4) for
  • How to break down and teach each skill / routine
  • Guidance on health and safety

Requirements: Suitable sports clothing should be worn and delegates should be prepared to be physically involved with the course.
